Lextrus Real Estate complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Cyprus Data Protection Law. As a data subject you have the following rights, free of charge.

• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint — with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.

How to make a request

Email your request to info@lextrusrealestate.com with the subject line "GDPR request". Please include enough information for us to identify you (we may ask for proof of identity). We will respond within one month.
